Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wild rice
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Cook wild rice for at least 1 hour, rinse and drain.
- Saute bacon; drain.
- Saute onion
- Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for a half day or all day on low.
Notes
- Add a can of water if soup is too thick.
