Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 20-30 seconds.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen fruit ingredients. If you use all fresh fruit, you may need a bit less liquid.
