High Fiber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen fruit ingredients. If you use all fresh fruit, you may need a bit less liquid.
