Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork sausage
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt and papper in a large bowl
- Cook the sausage until browned, breaking it into small pieces, drain. Add to egg mixture
- Add bell peppers and onions to the same skillet and saute for 3 - 4 minutes. Add to egg mixture and stir
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for 40 - 50 minutes. The center should be set and the center barely jiggly
