Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 green onions
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt and papper in a large bowl
  3. Cook the sausage until browned, breaking it into small pieces, drain. Add to egg mixture
  4. Add bell peppers and onions to the same skillet and saute for 3 - 4 minutes. Add to egg mixture and stir
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for 40 - 50 minutes. The center should be set and the center barely jiggly
