Crockpot Meatballs

I make these crockpot meatballs during the holidays and events when we have people over at the house.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Frozen Meatballs
  • 1 Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 Chopped Large Onion
  • 1 bottle (36 Oz) Heinz Ketchup
  • 1½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup Honey Barbeque Sauce

Directions

  1. Place frozen meatballs into a crockpot
  2. Add the green peppers and onions
  3. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and barbecue sauce over the meatballs
  4. Stir well to coat all of the meatballs
  5. Cook on high for 1 hour then simmer on low for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour
  6. Serve from crockpot or place in a chafing dish
