I make these crockpot meatballs during the holidays and events when we have people over at the house.
Ingredients
- 3 lb Frozen Meatballs
- 1 Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 Chopped Large Onion
- 1 bottle (36 Oz) Heinz Ketchup
- 1½ cups Brown Sugar
- ¾ cup Honey Barbeque Sauce
Directions
- Place frozen meatballs into a crockpot
- Add the green peppers and onions
- Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and barbecue sauce over the meatballs
- Stir well to coat all of the meatballs
- Cook on high for 1 hour then simmer on low for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour
- Serve from crockpot or place in a chafing dish
