Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a gallon sized bag or container. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and discard.
- Brush the chicken with the marinade a few times during the grilling process.
