This is my Grandma Alice's BBQue Ribs-Sauce recipe. She would make her ribs in the oven and use this sause to coat the ribs.
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. spareribs
- 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 c. brown sugar
- scant Tbsp. paprika
- 1 T worchester sauce
- salt & pepper
- 1 T liquid smoke
Directions
- Drip ribs in sauce when 3/4 baked, return to oven finish baking
